Why are you visiting today?

How quickly are Fairline merchandise orders despatched?

If orders are made by 3pm they will be despatched the same day. If orders are made after 3pm they will be sent out the next day.

The following are rough guides only as to delivery of your order. Variations may occur between countries.

  • UK – up to 1-2 days
  • EU – up to 3-4 days
  • RoW – up to 1 week

How much will delivery be for my order?

Delivery costs vary depending on where you want the item to be delivered, however the price displayed is the price you pay. This price is shown on the basket and checkout pages. After you have selected the items you wish to order you may choose between courier and Royal Mail recorded (including international). Both prices will be displayed for you to choose from. Delivery costs are inclusive of VAT and will show a breakdown where relevant.


Can I track my order once it has been sent?

If you have an account your order can be tracked by going to "My Account" and logging in using your email address and password. As well as this our second e-mail to you will contain a link to the couriers or Royal Mail website with a tracking number.


What if I am not able to take receipt of my order?

All deliveries will require a signature.

  1. Courier – If there is nobody available to sign for the goods, a card will be left with details of how to collect the parcel, or how to arrange for it to be redelivered. We reserve the right to pass on your telephone number details in the event that an item fails delivery.
  2. Royal Mail Recorded – If there is nobody available to sign for the goods a note will be posted to inform you that your item could not be delivered. You can then rearrange delivery or collect from your local sorting office.


Will I need to provide any other information?

Any items going to Norway via courier will need a personal ID number provided. Please email fairline-merchandise@wsa.net.uk quoting your order number so the correct documentation can be generated.

Please make allowances for deliveries in peak periods and International destinations. Please keep your details secure at all times to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
